Ok, so it’s a known fact I’m a giant nerd.
But why, oh why, can’t I be one of those giant nerds with more money than they know what to do with?
Seriously, universe, where’s all my money?
I wasn’t one of those people who spent $80 every weekend on beer and cigarettes all through college.
I don’t have a tricked-out car.
If those people spent all my money I’ll be pissed.
The problem with people our age is that we’re way too young to have any money. Now, that’s not to say that all old people have money, but young people almost never have any money, and this is especially true of young people who attended post-secondary school.
If you continue to play your cards right, by the time you’re fifty years old you’ll be able to drop $5,000 on a Star Trek costume without too much sweat. At least, that’s my plan. 🙂
